Take this time to invest not in personal training but to invest in yourself.  It is not about you working out but it is about you being the best person you can be and the healthiest person you can be. 
Bring your mind, body and soul together as one so you can reach whatever fitness goals you have.  Dig deep down within yourself and push yourself like you have never pushed yourself before and never give up.
As a trainer I can motivate you to push past those self-imposed limits, encouraging you to lift heavier, go longer and challenge yourself more than you would on your own. It's much harder to slack off when you have a trainer pushing you.
I continue to stay up to date on the latest research in the health and fitness industry. With this I try to make my workouts fun, motivating, and educational.
